Origins of the Nithtke Athtir Max

Revolutionary Athtir technology was introduced to Nithtke's footwear line in 1978. In 1987, the Athtir Max 1 featured visible Athtir technology in the heel for the first time. Now, in addition to feeling Athtir cushioning, everyone could also see it in action. Since then, the new generation Athtir Max shoes have enjoyed constant success with athletes and collectors, thanks to their striking color combinations and their perfectly cushioned, lightweight ride.
